| Help Page - Song Library Database Tips on using the Searchable Song Library Database: Click below on Music Library Database and Client Request List! after reading this help page. For advanced Help click here! Searching and Listening - Search for the song you wish to hear. If the song is in the library and a clip is available it will have a small speaker shown on the left hand side. When you click on the speaker another window will open with Apple iTunes®. You will need Apples iTunes® in order to listen to the 30 second sample. Double Click on the Song in the Apple iTunes® console and the song will play. If no song appears in Apples iTunes® then it does not have a 30 second snippet available. Adding to Request List - Once you have located a song you would like to request click on either the green (must play) , yellow (play if possible) or, "very important" RED (DO NOT PLAY!) Songs Not In Library - Click Custom to add songs not in our library. Please be sure to contact us immediately on songs we do not have so that we can make sure that they are included at your event. Saving and Submitting - Be sure to always save your requests after each session. Once you have completed and finalized your selections you may submit to us by clicking the submit button. It is suggested to only save until you have your list finalized and not click the submit button until that time. Also be aware of your client lockout date for changes. IMPORTANT NOTE! - Always print your list for the just in case. We will also require that a final printed list with dated and initialed be submitted as the official play or no play list to make sure that there are no errors in communication.
