Gilbert Garcia – Assistant to Eric J. Holtz, Disc Jockey, Music Historian and Creative Director Gilbert Garcia serves multiple roles which include assisting Eric J. Holtz, staying active in musical trends and leading and heading up the creative designs of the larger show productions. Gilbert's uncanny ability to keep up with musical trends and his artistic vision has added another dimension to the direction of the Holtz family. Bilingual and deep rooted in the Latin and Modern dance scene has further catapulted Holtz Entertainment's shows with stronger dance sets reflecting the culture in and around the San Antonio area. The staff at Holtz Entertainment welcomes the addition of Gilbert and looks forward to the future and wealth that he brings to the organization. Gilbert also serves as one of the backup DJ's for the staff at Holtz Entertainment.
